These Terms of Service govern your use of auvreya.com and purchases made from AUVREYA Kids. The store is operated by Nzau Legacy FZ-LLC, referred to in these Terms as “AUVREYA Kids,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”

By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to place an order. If you are under the age of majority, you may use the store only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when placing an order.

2. Products and product information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, images, ingredients, dimensions, and other information accurately. Screen settings, lighting, packaging updates, and manufacturing variations may affect how products appear.

Product availability is not guaranteed. We may update, discontinue, limit, or correct product information without notice. Changes will not affect orders already accepted unless necessary for safety, compliance, or with the customer’s agreement.

AUVREYA Kids products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Follow all product instructions and discontinue use if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs. Product results can vary between individuals.

3. Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we send confirmation that it has been accepted or dispatched.

We may cancel or limit an order because of suspected fraud, payment failure, incorrect pricing, inventory errors, shipping restrictions, suspected resale, or other reasonable operational or legal concerns. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.

4. Prices, payments and taxes

Prices are displayed in the currency selected on the store. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, and other charges will be shown at checkout when available.

You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method submitted with your order. We do not directly store complete payment-card details.

Discounts and promotional offers are subject to their stated conditions and may not be combined unless expressly permitted.

5. Shipping and delivery

Orders are subject to our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly described as guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for supplying a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact support@auvreya.compromptly if an address correction is required. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment begins.

If we cannot ship within a promised timeframe, we will provide any notice, cancellation option, or refund required by applicable law.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns, refunds, damaged products, and incorrect orders are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable rights concerning defective, unsafe, or incorrectly supplied goods.

7. Intellectual property

The AUVREYA Kids name, branding, website design, photographs, videos, graphics, text, product presentation, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Nzau Legacy FZ-LLC.

You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, scrape, modify, or commercially exploit our content without written permission.

8. Reviews and submitted content

If you submit a review, image, video, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe another person’s rights.

You grant AUVREYA Kids a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and adapt that content for store operations and marketing, subject to applicable privacy law. We may remove unlawful, misleading, abusive, or irrelevant content.

9. Prohibited conduct

You may not use the store to:

• Violate applicable law or another person’s rights.

• Commit fraud or submit false information.

• Transmit malicious code or interfere with store security.

• Scrape, copy, or harvest store or customer information.

• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems.

• Misuse promotions, returns, chargebacks, or payment systems.

10. Third-party services

Our store uses Shopify and may link to or integrate with payment providers, shipping carriers, analytics providers, social platforms, and other independent services. Those services may have separate terms and privacy practices.

We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

11. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website access.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies, or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AUVREYA Kids will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products.

Where liability may lawfully be limited, our aggregate liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the laws of their place of residence.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms prospectively. The current version and effective date will be published on this page. The Terms applicable when an order was placed will continue to govern that order unless a change is required by law.
